Sessions are built to fit you and what you need. Every session is collaborative and free flowing. You do not need to be anything other than yourself.

Sessions may include:

meditation, journaling, tea or coffee, somatic movement, incense, candles, music, various forms of creating physical art, a visit to a nearby body of water, an energy cleanse of your home, a spell work session, a spinal flow consult and more.

Be as honest with yourself as possible.

This can be uncomfortable and that is where I show up for you. I promise to make this experience as comfortable and beautiful as I can to soften into you and create something we can both take with us.
