Hi ! My name is Meredith and I have spent the last 15 years of my life documenting and researching my experiences with dissociative identity disorder as well as managing my psychic abilities (and everything else that comes with being a woman in this world).

I spent the first 12 years being raped and abused by my father. When it ended, he denied me access to mental health care that I desperately needed, giving me no choice but to dedicate the time and energy I should have been able to give in school towards learning how to survive living with a man that couldn’t handling me speaking up.

This journey has lead me through countless psychotic episodes, three suicide attempts, an immense loss of community and my physical abilities, a bout with psychogenic seizures and a hospitalization.

Through this, I have learned to be detail oriented about life. Dissociative Amnesia is an experience causing me to lose hours, days, sometimes years of my life to a brain who believes it is unsafe to remember.

I learned to document myself, study and research. Once I reached adulthood, I chose to give myself permissions to remember and held myself. I spent the years of 2021-2023 in deep flashbacks, doing EMDR/CBT/DBT therapies, as well as maneuvering the american healthcare system as a women experiencing chronic pain (lots of DIY)
